Drive-by post

I'm off to my tennis lesson in the freezing cold! Woo-hoo! That's not sarcasm, well, not a lot. I am excited about tennis, but I'm not excited about the weather.

Still holding steady at 264.0 lbs. Hoping to drop a couple of lbs before my surgiversary.

After tennis, it's a Lost marathon with a friend as the new season begins next week. Very excited about that as well! Anywho, off I go!

The 3300 calories...

1. Bob Evans Sausage Chili (LOVE IT)
2. Jif Peanut Butter to Go Cup
3. Small container of sunflower seeds (holds half a cup)
4. Small container of dry roasted peanuts
5. Arbys BLT Wrap with extra bacon (no lettuce, took off about 1/3 of the wheat wrap)
6. Three pieces of cheese
7. Protein Bar (Oh Yeah Protein Wafers)

oh...and roast beef (with the ranch dip that is a LOT of calories, almost completely fat calories)
