What the hell?!?
It's friggin 67 degrees in Atlanta right now. The high is going to be 76. Eh? This is December, yes? What's going on? All I know is I LOVE it! I'm passing on Walking Away the Pounds today and taking my butt to the park instead at lunch. Might as well take advantage of it.

I agree with you on the wanting to be healthier, not just thinner. Yes, I want to get thinner, but I agree that being healthy is so important too. I liked what you said about "Everyday is another day to do the right thing." It really is...it is not always easy, but you are so right Tia.

Yes, I have two scales. The digital one can drive me NUTS sometimes. Sometimes it springs up 10 pounds for no reason. I paid $75 for it. Looking back I would not do it again!!! I still weigh on both. I usually post my weight based on the old fashioned spring scale.
I'll keep you posted on the Walk Away the Pounds once I start it.

Tia, you've got COLLAR BONES!!!! *Look* at that photo!
(That's still the single biggest visual/looks-related thrill for me in losing weight --> discovering my collar bones. I was so excited when I spotted *yours* just now I had to leave a comment ... I need to get a life.)
Health is absolutely first ... so you're getting all that AND the kitchen sink.
