I am having one of those days, y'know the ones where you don't want to eat anything. Everything looks and smells gross. Yep, that's me. It's been a long day of protein shakes. The thought of anything else makes me want to hurl. Ugh.
Down to 397 lbs today. Woo-hoo.

Hope you're feeling better Tia. I'm going through the same thing... things I used to love even post surgery I'm now not enjoying.
I notice that on most days you get in a phenomenal amount of protein... would you mind sharing a few days of menu's with us? I would love to get some protein ideas since I struggle most days.

Sure, no problem. I just don't know if I am doing this right. I don't know if 200+ grams of protein is too much and maybe I just need more fat to boost calories. I hate not knowing.
