Ok, Tiffany asked about supplements so here is my supplement routine and where I buy them from:
Early Morning:
Lisinopril 25mg (blood pressure)
Protonix 40mg (excess stomach acid)
Centrum Silver Chewable Multivitamin
Calcium Citrate Chewable Wafers (2)

- 500mg Magnesium
Biotin - 10mg
Vitamin K - 100mcg
Vitamin D - 50,000IU
Vitamin A - 25,000IU
Potassium - 550mg
Acidophilus - 1 Billion CFU
Iron - Polysaccharide Iron 150mg
Lunchtime:
Calcium Citrate Chewable Wafers (2)

- 400IU Vitamin D
- 500mg Magnesium
Dinnertime:

My labs, so far, have been good and my next round will be next month so we'll see if I need to tweak anything.

Can you clarify where you get the Citrate Wafers? Are they ok, or really nasty?
What is Acidophilus? I've not heard of this.

Oops, sorry, forgot about the Calcium. They are made by Twinlab and can be found at Vitacost.com. I easily go through a bottle a week, but it's the only way I can get my calcium in, all the other chewables are gross and I can't swallow the other pills I have found, just way too big.
Acidophilus is a probiotic. Probiotics promote healthy growth of good bacteria throughout your digestive system. They have helped tremendously with gas and diarrhea issues.
